Lake View Rental

• Year Round Availability

Taxes: Rates include state sales tax, local sales tax, and town room tax.

Rental Terms:

• Weekly Rentals (June–August 31): Saturday to Saturday, 1-week minimum.

• Nightly Rentals (Spring & Fall): Available with a 2-night minimum, including Labor Day weekend.

• Lake View: Weekly rentals available.

Deposits & Payments:

• Weekly rentals require a $200 deposit to reserve your week; balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

• Nightly rental deposit amounts vary based on the number of nights and will be provided at booking.

• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless your dates are re-rented. Once the final balance is paid in full, it is non-refundable.

• Payments accepted via personal check, Venmo, or Zelle (details provided upon booking).

Welcome Letter:
Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a welcome letter via email with the property address, directions, rental details, and other important information.
