Lake House: May 16- 22, May 26-29, June 2-5, Sept 13-25, Sept 29-Oct 31, Nov 1-15

Lake Cottage: May 16-22, May 26-29, June 3-7, Sept 6-13, Sept 20-25, Sept 29-Oct 18

These two rentals are seasonal, renting mid May through October/November

Tax includes both State, local sales tax and town room tax

Rentals are a one week minimum during months of June, July & August through 31st and are from Saturday to Saturday

Nightly rentals are available spring and fall, including Labor Day weekend with a 2 night minimum stay

Weekly rentals require a $200 deposit to hold the week, the balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival

Deposit will vary on nightly rental depending on number of nights and will be advised upon booking

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent your dates

Once your final balance is paid in full it is non-refundable  

Payments can be made via personal check, VENMO or Zelle and payment details will be advised via email upon booking a reservation

All reservations will receive a Welcome Letter via email upon receipt of deposit that include address, directions, rental and property details
